If you are looking for something new to try this summer or looking for an activity that will help strengthen, relax and create more space in your life, then sign up for yoga at Oaklands Pool! Yoga will help strengthen your muscles and enhance flexibility, but most importantly it will help you enjoy all the activities you want to enjoy this summer. If you run, swim, walk, play a sport or play with your kids, it will help bring balance to your body and your life.
Who: Any member or guest of Oaklands Swim Club, any level of Yoga experience When: Mondays 7:30 - 8:30pm, July 11 - August 22 (7 weeks) Where: At Oaklands Pool, on the grass Bring: Water, towel or yoga mat recommended, cash or check for $60 made out to Jill Reed Cost: $60 paid in full on first day
